Is this a good card, or a bit overkill?

Hows a Nvidia 275 gtx with 1780(Somewhere in this general area) of RAM sound?
Im upgrading it from a 9800 gtx.

Go for it. Great card, def not overkill. Good value too. AMD has some killer cards right now too, for cheap. Might want to check those out.
